Everyone's eyes are now on Samsung’s next flagship smartphone launch. Samsung is planning to unveil the Galaxy S23 series at its first Unpacked event for 2023 at the start of February.
It was already expected that the launch will take place in early 2023 with a whole set of new features, including a brand-new design, upgraded processors, new camera systems, and probably some fresh new colors..
According to the Korean media report, Samsung is reportedly going to conduct a full-fledged Unpacked event for the Galaxy S23 launch in San Francisco. This would be the first in-person event since they were put on hold due to the pandemic.
Samsung may be bringing back its in-person Unpacked events
The Galaxy S23 Unpacked event is going to take place in early February 2023. This event will be held in San Francisco like the ones before it. Samsung’s last full-fledged Unpacked event was for the Galaxy S20 series in San Francisco.
The source doesn’t provide an exact date but other local reports do mention that the event may take place in the first week of February. Some rumors have pointed to a Galaxy announcement at CES 2023 in January, but that has never been Samsung's venue for the S series and we really doubt it will change next year.
